This page is created to provide some tips on the processing of memberships and insurance policies whether it is new or a renewal.
First most, there is the financial side and the paperwork side for every new or renewing member with or without an insurance policy being involved.
The two forms used by the WCA are the “PI” and the “AI” forms and are located at https://worldclown.com/insurance-links/
The preferred method of payment is PayPal as this also provides a record of the transaction (without the cc information) to the WCA which is valuable for referencing and can be edited should the need arise due to delays in processing.
If you are not sure of your renewal date, check the “POLICY EFFECTIVE” date on your current Certificate of Insurance (CoI). A policy can not be renewed in advance without the written approval of the member. Also, a renewal can not be held on hold and carried over if being processed in a new WCA contract year (May 1st to April 30th).
